Illegal Dumping

Recently, I’ve noticed quite a bit of illegal dumping (mostly of furniture) on sidewalks and in alleys throughout Highland Park. It’s not pretty and it makes our neighborhood look bad. If you notice any illegal dumping, there are a few options for reporting it (anonymously if you so choose) and having it removed.

Women’s Fitness Hike, Deb’s Park

This Saturday, Deb’s Park is hosting their monthly Women’s Fitness Hike. English and Speakers are welcome and there is FREE childcare for children ages 4 and up. We go hiking up there all the time and always enjoy it tremendously. I couldn’t recommend it more. Bring water, workout/hiking shoes, sunblock and a hat.
