This morning I received the semi-regular LAPD Northeast Division e-newsletter from Captain Bill Murphy. Things seem to be looking up. Crime in the Northeast Los Angeles area is down in all areas from a year ago. The Northeast area also ranks FIRST (out of 21 divisions) in crime reduction city-wide. Hopefully this trend continues.
