Lost my sweet Oscar, a 6 year old reddish-brown Brussels Griffon last night around 11 pm in front of 801 St. Johns Avenue, just north of Roger Williams. He wasn’t wearing his collar but was wearing a black tshirt with the word “Bucktown” on it. He weighs about 7 pounds and has itchy skin.
